JUNGIAN DEPTH PSYCHOLOGY
At the heart of depth psychology is the idea that much of who we are lives below the surface of conscious awareness. The psyche expresses itself through emotion, behavior, and subtle patterns - often reflecting parts of us we've pushed aside or learned to hide, what Jung called the shadow.
Working with these unconscious dynamics helps us understand what drives our thoughts, choices, and relationships. As we bring awareness to them, we reclaim energy that was once tied up in tension or avoidance and open space for greater balance and authenticity.
Sometimes this process includes exploring symbols, imagery, or dreams, but its essence lies in developing a deeper relationship with the whole of who we are.
