COACHING & THERAPY
My approach integrates Jungian psychology, parts work (Internal Family Systems), somatic and attachment-based awareness, and the science of neuroplasticity. Rather than following a fixed method, the process adapts to who you are and what you need.
It is grounded in a non-pathologizing perspective. Instead of seeing symptoms or recurring patterns as problems to fix, we approach them with curiosity and compassion - understanding what they are trying to communicate.
Together, we explore what drives old patterns, release what no longer serves you, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others - so insight can become real change in your life.
